How do I activate my license key?

Open Help > Registration in main menu. Enter your email and the key exactly as it was provided to you in the purchase confirmation email.

How can I transfer my license to another computer?

You must unregister your license on the old computer before installing it on the new one:

1. Open Help > About Program in EZ Contact Book on the old computer.
2. Right-click the license text area and select Unregister License.
3. Confirm the deactivation.
4. You can now register the license on the new computer using the standard activation process.

Will reinstalling my OS void my license?

• NO, if you unregister the license before formatting your drive. You can re-register it afterward.
• If your computer crashes and you cannot unregister, please contact our support team. We can manually reset your activation after verifying your purchase.

How can I check how many activations I have left?

To check your remaining activations:

1. Open Help > About Program in EZ Contact Book.
2. Right-click the license text area and select Get Registration Information.
