Add Extra Fields
If the standard fields are not sufficient, you can easily add extra fields to your contact records.
To add an extra phone number, email, URL, or address, click the corresponding link:
The action will add a new input field with a label on the left.
When adding a new address, you must first enter an address name in the following dialog:

There is no limit to the number of extra fields you can add. If the fields exceed the visible screen area, a vertical scroll bar will appear. You can either resize the program window or scroll up and down to view hidden fields. All extra fields appear in the Contact Details pane on the main program window.
Once an extra field is added, you can select a label from the drop-down list on the left. Alternatively, you can type in custom text for the label:

Please note that if you clear an extra field or address, it will not be saved when you close the editor. This feature prevents unused fields from cluttering the display. However, empty standard fields will always remain.
