Export Contacts

EZ Contact Book currently supports exporting contacts in two file formats: *.CSV(Comma-Separated Values) and *.VCF(vCard).

You can export the entire contact book, a single group, or multiple selected groups. To select mutiple groups, press and hold Ctrl key while clicking the desired groups.

Export options - to CSV, VCF and Avery Mail List (CSV)

Export to CSV Files

To export your contacts to a CSV file, select the menu option Data > Export > to CSV File.

Export to vCard Files

Export contacts to a vCard file by selecting Data > Export > to vCard File.

Both CSV and VCF files can be used as backups or imported into other contact management software.

Export to Avery Mail List

To export your contacts address data to Avery Mail List, select the menu option Data > Export > to Avery Mail List. The file will contain contact names and addresses in CSV format, suitable to import into Avery's printing software.
