View Locations on Google Maps

To locate a contact's address on Google Maps:

  • Click the address link in the Contact Details panel, or
  • Click the toolbar button

If the selected contact has multiple addresses, choose the desired location from the drop-down list:

This will open the Google Maps page in your default web browser. If the address is complete and accurate, Google will display its location on the map.

Important

If the address is incomplete, the Show in Google Maps options and address link will be disabled.

An address must include at least the City, State/Province/County, and ZIP/Postal Code, and in some cases, the Country, to be considered valid and enabled for mapping.
